How it began...

I started making kombucha in California 6-7 years ago for personal use. My son and my friends loved it, and before I knew it, I was making bigger and bigger batches. My 1 gallon turned into 4 gallons..

Ok, let's fast-forward: I moved here to MN in Feb 2020, two weeks before COVID hit, in an attempt to give my son some family support and a better quality of life. COVID threw a wrench in basically everything, displaced us, and also wrecked my income, so I decided to start selling my kombucha at the Park Rapids farmer's market, and it took off! I ran with it, needing SOMETHING to work well for my son and I, and it's been growing and doing well ever since. It's been a ton of work, but I love it! I'm teaching my son all about hard work and not giving up, and I genuinely enjoy what I do; I love working for myself and serving this healthy, magical elixir to all the awesome people in this area. I'm so grateful for the opportunity that our circumstances inadvertently provided us, and I can't wait to see what the next year has to offer!

Thank you for reading, and THANK YOU for your continued support and dedication... I couldn't do it without YOU!
